WinSym Billing, Payment & Refunds Policy

This policy explains how payments, subscriptions and refunds work for WinSym's digital product 3L2W - Lions to Win. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

1. Our subscription tiers

We offer three plans: Basic, Standard and Premium. Full details and current prices (including GST where applicable) are shown on our pricing page in US dollars.

2. How billing works

  • You choose monthly or annual billing when you sign up.
  • Payment is taken immediately for the first period.
  • Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each period unless you cancel.
  • We will email you a receipt after every payment and a clear reminder before any renewal or price change (where required by law, for example in certain US states).
  • You can change your plan or payment method in your account dashboard.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • By choosing the "Cancel" option in your account dashboard, or
  • By emailing team@winsym.digital
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.

4. Refunds

Our standard policy is:

  • No refunds for change-of-mind after you have started using the paid service.
  • However, we honour all mandatory rights under the consumer laws of your country of residence, including:
  • EU customers: You have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from the contract. Because this is a digital service and you receive immediate access upon subscription, you consent to the service starting straight away and acknowledge that you may lose the withdrawal right once performance has begun (as permitted by EU law). We make withdrawal/cancellation easy and will comply with the upcoming EU withdrawal button requirement from June 2026.
  • US customers: We comply with state automatic renewal laws (including California and New York requirements) for clear disclosures, express consent, and simple online cancellation.
  • Australia & New Zealand: Full rights under Australian Consumer Law and the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act apply if the service is not of acceptable quality or fit for purpose.
  • Asia and other countries: We respect all mandatory local consumer protection rules on refunds and cancellations.

Any approved refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Payment problems

If your payment fails, we will let you know and try again. After repeated failures your subscription may be paused.
